Subject: End of public comment period for RD&D and Part B
Permit modifications. No comments received.
The public comment period for Thiokol's Part B Class III Permit
Modification and the Class TI RD&D Permit Modification ended on
April 24, 1995. No comments have been received for either of
these modifications. Thiokol would like to complete the
modification process for both of these permits at this time.
