NOTICE
Thiokol Corporation located in Box Elder County has submitted a class 3 modification to its
Hazardous Waste Storage Permit. The modification, if approved, would allow Thiokol to
incorporate new waste codes and treatment to their storage permit. A public comment period
for this modification began May 15, 1995 and will end June 29, 1995.
A public hearing conceming the modification has been scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
June 14, 1995 at the Brigham City Library located at 26 East Forest, Brigham City, Utah. A
second public hearing will be held Thursday, June 15, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. in room 406 ofthe
Cannon Health Building located at 288 North 1460 West in Salt Lake City, Utah.
