Re: Request for Additional Storage Time at Building T-93
Dear Mr. Thompson:
The Division has received your letter dated March 24, 1995, requesting an extension to the time
limitations for storage of ha2:ardous waste at Buildmg T-93. The need to J ascertain a cause for
the flash during propellant removal, and safety concems for personnel at these sites are
legitimate reasons for considering an extension tc» the storage times as currently outlined in
Temporary Authorization 95-00764.
The Division hereby grants a fourteen day extension to the 21-day time limit for storage in the
Hydrolysis Pad within Building T-93.
Please keep the Division appraised of any fmdings as to the cause of the flash and future plans
