Re: Permit Corrections
Dear Mr. Curtis:
Enclosed are pages of the Thiokol Part B permit that were modified under the Class 3 Permit
Modification 94-062. This modification was approved August 14, 1994. At the time of approval,
the affected pages were sent out with an inaccurate date on the page headers. The pages enclosed
with this letter reflect the proper revision date. No other changes to the permit have been done in
this mailing.
Please replace the pages in the designated areas of the Thiokol permit. No changes were required
for the design plan (Figure I4.02a) that was sent to you in August.
