Re: Request for 90-day Extension to Partial Closure of M-136 Bum Grounds
Dear Mr. Thompson:
The Division has received your letter dated March 6, 1995, requesting a 90-day extension to
the closure period for the M-136 Bum Grounds. This extension is based on the need to
complete the review of sample analyses, dispose of bum tray residue, remove bum trays, restore
the site, and obtain certification of closure.
The Division hereby grants a 90-day extension to the 180-day time limit for partial closure of
the M-136 Bum Grounds.
