NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON
ROC-Intermountain Regional MSW Landfill Permit Modification
ROC Fund Landfill Holdings, LLC submitted an application for a major modification to their permit for the ROC-Intermountain Regional MSW Landfilllocated at 800 South Allen Ranch Road,
Fairfield, UT in Utah County. The proposed modifications have been reviewed and determined to be complete and in compliance with the Utah Solid Waste Permitting and Management Rules.
The modifications will address changes to the floor design, groundwater monitoring network, closure cap, mound height and landfill capacity and add a construction and demolition cell.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft permit will commence on June 28, 2024 and end at 5 p.m. on August 12, 2024.
