Permit/AO#: 14575 Action Code: TR Subject: Review of stack test report dated May 30, 2024 On June 5, 2024, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for one (1) Vortec 5.7L 142 hp engine at ULT 13-26-3-1E, Uintah County, UT. Testing was performed May 13, 2024, to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in Utah Administrative Code R307-510-4. CONCLUSION: The Vortec 5.7L 142 hp engine appears to be out of compliance. RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from the Vortec 5.7L 142 hp engine should be considered to have been out of compliance with the emission limits of UAC R307-510-4 during testing. Recommend issuing a Compliance Advisory for the failed stack test.
