Re: Compliance Advisory, No Further Action – Comfort Research, LLC

On October 20, 2023, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Comfort Research, LLC, a
Compliance Advisory (DAQC-1141-23) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality Rules.
On April 23, 2024, Comfort Research, LLC, was issued a new Approval Order that resolved the
potential violations outlined in the Compliance Advisory. Based on the additional information
provided to the DAQ, no further action is required at this time. Please be aware that closure of
this Compliance Advisory does not constitute a bar to enforcement action for conditions found
during other inspections.
