As stated on the voicemail I left this morning, the DAQ is requiring that all portable asphalt plants stack test within 180 days of the startup of the equipment regardless of whether the plant achieves 90% production of the design capacity. The procedures for stack testing in these lower production situations are stated on Condition II.B.9.e.5 of the attached portable AO that was referenced on your electronic TRP request. Also - can you provide the generator size for the diesel engine listed as item 4 of this submission? Thanks, let me know if you have any questions.
