Permit/AO#: Permit by Rule Action Code: TR Subject: Review of stack test report dated June 10, 2024 On June 13, 2024, Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) received a test report for one (1) Caterpillar 3306TA 168 hp engine at Doc Tribal Battery, Uintah County, Utah. Testing was performed May 28, 2024, to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in Utah Administrative Code R307-510 and 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ. CONCLUSION: The stack test report appears to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from the Caterpillar 3306TA 168 hp engine should be considered to have been in compliance with the emission limits of UAC R307-510 and 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart JJJJ during testing.
