Box 144830 Salt Lake City, Utah 84114-4830 Subject: Francis City - Stewart Ranches Tank (ST004), 750,000-Gallon Water Storage Tank , System #22004, File #13426 Dear Mr. Lundstad: FX Construction has completed the Stewart Ranches 750,000 gallon water storage tank. The storage tank was constructed in accordance with the rules found in R309 of the Utah Administrative Code and all conditions of the plan approval have been met. A temporary #14 screen has been installed over the overflow outlet pipe until the contractor receives the flanged ring that is on backorder, see attached picture. We will send a picture once the ring is installed to show that the overflow was constructed according to the plans. The tank has been disinfected in accordance with the ANSI/AWWA standards, see attached copy of test results. The O&M Manual and as-built drawings have been delivered to the City.
