The modification request and supporting documentation has been reviewed and a draft of the affected portions of the permit and supporting documentation has been prepared. The public comment period to receive comments on the on the permit modification will commence on November 1, 2018 and end on December 17, 2018. A public hearing has been scheduled at 6:00 p.m.on Wednesday, December 5, 2018in Room *ofthe Tooele City Library located at 128 West Vine Street, Tooele, Utah.
