The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is seeking public comment on a proposed Stipulation and Consent Order (SCO) with Universal Industrial Sales to resolve violations first documented by a Division representative on January 23, 2018. The SCO includes a penalty of $4,815.00. The public comment period will commence on September 21, 2018 and end on October 22,
2018.
