Thank you for your letter informing us of the missing EPA Form 8700-13A/B (Biennial Report).
We have added it to our compliance calendar to ensure it is not over looked again. It is PPC
Ogden's (GSC Foundries) intent to comply with all applicable regulations related to our
industry. We were unaware of this requirement, as Ms. Scott is no longer employed with us.
Mr. Craig Smith is our new Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager. I have prepared the
