Assessment Work Plan at the Truck Loading Rack Facility, Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC. The work plan appears to be acceptable for the proposed soil and groundwater sampling, and is hereby approved. Please be advised that additional sampling locations may be needed to define the extent of the contamination and groundwater monitoring wells may also be needed for continued sampling in the future.
