Henkel has four drums with an accumulation date of March 28, 2018. These four drums are two lab
packs (corrosive acids and corrosive bases) and two drums of off-spec raw material (50% caustic soda
solution and Acticide DBU, SDS attached). All of these are unusual/one-time wastes that require
profiling before disposal. At this time, the profiles for these wastes have not been approved. We do not
expect barriers to disposing of these materials, but profiling of these wastes was delayed because the lab
packs also include samples of raw materials that aged out of their retention period on May 26.
