Rees Division of Environmental Response and Remediation 195 North 1950 West Salt Lake City, UT 84114 Re: RG IV Undeveloped 900 Acres in Tooele County Dear Raymond and Bill: Enclosed please find an amended Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report that includes a new section on vapor encroachment condition, responses by buyer and seller to the Phase I user questionnaires, and a copy of the 2016 groundwater monitoring report prepared by the US Army Corps of Engineers for Tooele Anny Depot concerning the groundwater management area that encompasses portions of the subject property. I thought it best to reissue the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report rather than try to send you add-ons to the original Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report. We have been advised that the closing on this matter is scheduled for late June and, therefore, would appreciate your assistance in issuing the comfort letter and enforceable written assurance letter before the closing deadline. Our other submittal requesting a comfort letter and enforceable written assurance letter from your respective divisions concerning the Park East Apartments property can be pushed back as the closing in that matter is not scheduled until early fall.
