Dear Mr. Anderson:
Attached to this cover letter are two (2) copies of the Progress Report/Corrective Measures Plan for
the Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU) SP-32, also referred to as the Old Rail Line (ORL).
The RFI portion of the project has been completed. Results indicated that a portion of the ORL
would require corrective action to obtain an unrestricted soil use determination that ATK would
like to achieve. Once this plan is approved, ATK will give the Division a five-day notice prior to
beginning operations.
