RE: RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI) Report
Solid Waste Management Units S-15, S-33A and S-33B

Dear Mr. Blauer:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the RFI Report for SWMUs S-15, S-33A and S-33B. S-15 and S-33A are small earthen wastewater sumps and S-33B is a
wastewater French drain. Soil and soil gas samples were collected at each SWMU. The sample results
indicate all three SWMUs qualify for No Further Action (NFA) as defined in Utah Administrative Code
R315-101. The RFI Report and a NFA status for all three SWMUs is hereby approved.
