Thanks for meeting with Mike Cronin, Jay Larsen and myself today in your conference room. As
discussed we purchase the site from a large out of state company last year. Through our investigations
we understand the need to come up with a reasonable remediation plan in order to re-use the space in
the future. To that end we are willing to work with State of Utah in order to come up with a
remediation plan.
As you requested, I am writing to verify that we are willing to reimburse your department for the cost of
reviewing our related reports and the proposed management plan.
