l received your most recent letter regarding the Request for Decision on Management of the Tibble Fork
Dam Sediment dated April 11, 2018 which mentioned a previous letter dated January 31, 2018. We
acted on your recommended option 1 and transported the sediment to a lined solid waste landfill. l
apologize we did not notify you of our action as requested in the January letter.
