Dear Mr. Blauer: The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Group 5 Progress Report. Due to operational issues at the facility, ATK proposes adding SWMU S-24 to Group 13. This proposal is approved.
Group 13 includes 13 SWMUs and HWMUs that cannot currently be addressed as part of the RCRA Facility Investigation (RFI), due to operational issues (contamination under buildings, etc.). The proposal also indicates ATK will annually review the Group 13 SWMUs to determine if conditions have changed and the
