Pursuant to Module IV.F.5 of the Refmery Post Closure Permit, I am notifying you that the 2018 Annual
Groundwater Sampling Event will begin on Monday April 23, 2018. Galen Williams of EarthFax
Engineering Group has coordinated this effort with Hao Zhu who concurs with the start date. Barring
unusual weather or facility related delays the sampling should be completed on or before April 27, 2018.
