The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has received a date-stamped and recorded copy of the Amended Environmental Covenant for the referenced property. With the recording of the Environmental Covenant, the Division has determined the following:
1. All requirements of Stipulation and Consent Agreement No. 9408047, dated March 13, 1997,
have been fulfilled; 2. Except for compliance with the Amended Environmental Covenant and the Amended Site Management Plan, no further action is required with respect to the Trichloroethylene
contamination; and
