The request was dated May 24, 2018 (CD18-0096). It is understood that CWF waste will not be placed in this Phase I extension. Therefore, the extension is approved for Phase I of the 2016 CWF in accordance with the submitted construction drawings. If you have any questions, please call David Esser at (801) 536-0079. On May 9, 2016, the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control conditionally approved EnergySolutions ' request (made per CD16- 0050) to construct Phases I and II of the 2016 CWF. As is reflected in the attached Engineering Drawings 10014-005(8), 10014-C10(4) and 10014-C11(2), EnergySolutions requests approval to extend Phase I of the 2016 CWF approximately 24 feet eastward in order to facilitate construction of a new operational haul road.
