The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of EnergySolutions’ request to extend the 2016 CWF Phase I 24 feet eastward, with modifications to drawings 10014-C05(8), 10014-C10(4) and 10014-C11(2). The request was dated May 24, 2018 (CD18-0096). It is understood that CWF waste will not be placed in this Phase I extension. Therefore,
the extension is approved for Phase I of the 2016 CWF in accordance with the submitted construction
