Dear Mr. Anderson:
In compliance with Condition 75 of Radioactive Material License UT2300249 which requires,
"In accordance with UAC R313-25-33(6), the Licensee shall submit a copy of its
financial statement for the previous year, within 30 days of its completion and
certification"
EnergySolutions herein submits its Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ending
December 31, 2017 (as issued final on April 9, 2018). Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated,
Subsections 63G-2-305(2) through (4), and in accordance with Section 63G-2-306,
EnergySolutions asserts a claim of business confidentiality to protect the information herein
