RE: Tank 62 Seal Gap Inspection Notification

Tank 62 is an extemal floating roof tank subject to Utah R307-327 and is a group 1 storage
vessel as defined in 40 CFR Subpart CC. In accordance with 40 CFR 63.655(hx2xii) and 40
CFR 63.1066OX1), this letter provides 30day notice that Big West Oil, LLC @WO) will
perform seal gap inspections on Tank 62. ^Ihe inspection is currently scheduled to occur on or
after June 21,2024.
