In response to Carbon Co's bid notice dated May 9,2018, Liberty Tire Recycling has provided
copies of their recycler registration and associated permits (enclosed) for their Salt Lake City
facility.
Please accept our quote of $1.12 per ton-mile. This equates to $140/ton F.O.B. We accept the
Carbon Co's landfill scale for all weights. Work can start within 2 weeks after award and be
completed within 90 days thereafter.
