Followed John Gallis out to the property and viewed and inspected the property and there are tires being used for a fence and are eight to ten tires high and two to three and in a stacked form. The private property belongs to a Crystal Koehl so we proceeded to approach her trailer which seemed to be her home to speak with her about the illegally placed tires. John Gallis and I spoke with Ms. Koehl and inquired about the tire pile fence, she explained Page I of5 WASTE TIRE COMPLIANCE ASSISTANCE SITE VISIT WAST€ HANAG€',IENT & RAOtA'|Otil c0NTROL that a family member and friends are placing the waste tires around her propeny as afence, John kindly explained that that is improper storage of waste tires, Ms. Koehl hasbeen doing this currently according to the compliant reCeived by the Health Department.We discussed to Ms. Koehl that it is improper io store waste tires in that manoiand thatfrom a fire, mosquito and being in violation of R3l5-314-3(4xaxi) through (iii) is inviolation and must be removed. Mr. Gallis also told Ms. Koehl that she *urt ,iop bringon any more waste tires to her property. We left with giving Ms. Koehl information on how to ensure the proper disposal of thewaste tires and that follow up will be occurring to see at least an "ffort to remove the tireshave begun.
