REPORT NARRATIVE:
The purpose of the site visit was to inspect the subgrade prior to the liner placement. Met with
the landfill personnel and liner contractor to discuss when the liner will be placed and when they
anticipated the completion of the project. The new liner placement start date will be June 7,
201,8.
