RE: Compliance Evaluation Inspection
Long-Hollow Class II Landfill SW113 Dear Mr. Wood:

On June 18, 2018, the Long-Hollow Class II Landfill was inspected by a representative of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control to determine compliance with the Utah Solid Waste Permitting and Management Rules and the landfill permit.
One item of concern noted was the amount of wind-blown litter just north of the entrance to the
municipal solid waste landfill cell. Please address this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, the facility was in compliance with the permit and applicable solid waste rules. If you have any questions, please call Rob Powers at [phone].
