ATK Launch Systems, Inc.
Facility Approval # 0004R2
Dear Mr. Anderson:
ATK Launch Systems, Inc., located at 9160 North Highway 83, Promontory, UT 84307 is providing
notification that its parent company (Orbital ATK, Inc.) became a wholly owned subsidiary of
Northrop Grumman Corporation (Northrop Grumman) on June 6, 2018. Orbital ATK will now be
called Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, Inc. (NGIS). Advance notice of this transaction was
provided to your office on March 6, 2018.
As stated in our previous communication, ATK Launch Systems, Inc. remains a separate legal entity
and wholly owned subsidiary of NGIS. This transaction results in no transfer of permit
responsibility or change in control of operations for the permitted activities. Further, there are no
procedural or operational changes to the activities covered by the permit. Permitted operations will
continue to be the responsibility of ATK Launch Systems, Inc. as the permittee. Financial assurance
documents are in the process of being updated and will be provided to your office within the next 6
months.
