RE: Compliance Evaluation Inspection
Stockton Class IIIb Landfill
Dear Mayor Karjola:

On June 8, 2018, the Stockton Class IIIb Landfill located in the Town of Stockton was inspected by a
representative of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. Thank you for your participation in the inspection. The observations made during the inspection indicated that the landfill is
fenced and secure. The existing waste in the landfill is covered and the excavated landfill cell is unused
and dormant.

The current permit expires on January 30, 2020. If the Town of Stockton would like to renew this permit, the application will need to be submitted at least six months before the expiration date.
