Wind-blown litter all over the landfill, lack of daily cover on the dead animal pit. Wastes placed into the Class IV waste cell that should not be there like, appliances, mattresses, fumiture and green waste material. The roll off container was full and there was waste and wind-blown litter all around and in front of the waste container.
