Plan of Operation — Request for Additional Information
DCD Orem Transfer Station
Dear Matt,
I'm writing in response to your request for additional information on our operations during
construction. We will be following the Plan of Operation that was approved June 5, 2013 with
the following adjustments:
1. The only change to the June 15, 2013 Plan of Operation is to take out the containment
pond and replace it with a 2000 gallon plastic water tank, and to replace the storage
tank trailer with a mobile truck tanker.
2. We also will be adjusting our inspections of the tank to 7 days a week in case of the
unlikely event of a more than 1 day storm event.
3. If we encounter a storm that is more than 12 hours long, we will be present during that
storm to ensure that the storage tank will stay under control and water is contained.
4. We still have a $8,670.00 Bond in place with AmBank.
