of individuals who are authorized to sign documents on behalf of Promontory Point Resources,
LLC in its capacity as a member of Allos Environmental, Inc.:
• Ann Garner -Chief Executive Officer
• Will Spears -Chief Financial Officer
• Brett Snelgrove -Vice President of Operations
Each of the above-referenced officers is empowered to execute documents alone, without
the need for countersignature or seal. However, documents submitted by individuals other than
