Re: Withdrawal of Plan of Operation for Land Application at Bingham Livestock Site
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality ("DEQ") approved a plan of operation
on March 8, 2007, for land application on agricultural land in Box Elder County, Utah owned by
Bingham Family Properties LLC, David Alexander, and Kent Perry (collectively known as the
"Bingham Livestock Site"). Carne I Corp. ("Carne") operated land application at the Bingham
Livestock Site.
Carne has not land applied products to the Bingham Livestock Site for many years.
Carne has decided to discontinued land application operations at the Bingham Livestock Site and
would like to withdraw the plan of operation for this location.
