RE: Johns Valley Class I Landfill Permit Renewal Request for Additional Information
Dear Mr. Bremner:
The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the landfill permit application dated January 29, 2018. Please provide the Construction Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan for the construction of the Phase III waste cell, including construction design and
drawings specific to this project.
In several parts of the Permit Application, the Division is referred to as the Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste. Please change these references throughout the document to the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control and submit the appropriate pages to this office.
