Registration Fee. The Utah Legislature, in the Annual Appropriation Act, has approved an annual registration fee of $100.00 for registration of a waste tire transporter. The fee must be submitted with this application. Note Utah Administrative Code R315-320-5(7)(b) allows a waiver of the registration fee for a waste tire transporter that has a valid registration frorn a local health department within Utah.

Our business model is designed to procure and shred approximately 10,000 tires per week, which
averages out to approximately 2000 per day. Of course, as we start our business, we will be much lower
than that until we become established.
We are in the process of ordering a "Raptor brand" shredder that will produce approximately 8-10 tons
of shreds per hour. Also, to the extent possible, the tires will be handled by equipment in the unloading
and handling the tires such as forklifts, conveyor belts, etc.
With proper management, we feel that the tires received will be processed and loaded for distribution
to Geocycle Plant located in Croydon Utah is less than 24 hours of receiving the tires. We currently have
a 5-year Purchase Order fromGeocJe to provide tire chips to them for their use in the furnaces.
