Dear Ms. Berrett: An inspection of the Pappas Brick and Stone private Class IV construction/demolition landfill was
conducted by representative of the Division Waste Management and Radiation Control on March 21,
2018. Only construction and demolition waste was present at the site. Fencing, access controls and cover are adequate. The landfill is well operated and in compliance with the facility permit and the solid waste rules.
