Good morning, Chad.
For the 4 days that the RTO was not operational (5-23 until 5-27), There were only 3 small
paint jobs completed by our Paint Team and the total VOCs emitted were 24.80 lbs. Again,
I'm sorry about the delay in getting you these numbers. The RTO is running now and we are
still in the process of purchasing another cylinder.

Good morning Chad.
The RTO was down just over the weekend (5-23 until 5-27) and with the help of our machine
shop we were able to get it running again temporarily that Monday. We have a completely
new cylinder on order and will replace it as soon as we receive it. Until then, it is running
again.
I'm sorry for the delay in getting you the information. I got the amount of paint sprayed for
the weekend from our paint team. I am working on it and I'll get you the VOC numbers as
soon as I can. There was very little paint sprayed.

Thanks for the breakdown notification. Has the RTO been repaired? Have the VOC numbers for spray jobs conducted

We found a problem with our RTO this morning. The shaft on one of the two poppet valves
broke free and wasn't moving in sequence with the other valve. We pulled the cylinder shaft
and valve apart and our machine shop and Maintenance Team are working on it. I will keep
you updated on repairs and will let you know when we have it back up and running.
There was a spray job taking place today, so I'll get those VOC numbers for you as soon as
I get them from our Paint Team also.
