HomeMy WebLinkAboutDDW-2024-008366Utah Department Of Environmental Quality Division Of Drinking Water Sanitary Survey Sanitary Survey General System Information Exception Granted: R309-510-8 | The basis for your request for an exception is that you do not have sufficient equalization storage as stated previously. According to your calculations, the water system would require 2,750 gallons of equalization storage. However, guidance in Rule R309- 510-8(2) allows for transient non-community water systems to meet the intent of having equalization storage. The configuration of the system is one of those items that meets the intent of equalization storage.
