Dear Mr. Bird,
As required by Condition 1.8 in Approval Order DAQE-AN15OO10O03-21, Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC
(Kinder Morgan) is submitting this correspondence to provide a status of construction of Farm
Compressor Station. As of the date of this letter, six of the eight reciprocating engines (C-L, C-2, C-3, C-4,
C-5, and C-6) have been installed and begun operation. All of these emission units were authorized in
the referenced Approval Order, which was issued on September 23,2021. Previous correspondence was
provided informing the Utah Division of Air Quality (UDAQ of the equipment start dates following
installation.
