The temporary generators we were running here at EAG were both removed on 16-APR-24. We had
another generator that the technicians could never get working for us. It was removed on 10-APR-24.
I've aached a copy of the spreadsheet we're using to track temporary generators here at EAG. Our copy
will stay with our records associate with Approval Order DAQE-AN159410008-23.
Please let me know if you have any quesons or concerns.

Hi Chad, I received this information regarding a two week emergency generator relocation. Given the short duration of
the circumstances - I believe this may be best handled by printing out this email correspondence and attaching it to the
electronic Stadion LLC - Eagle Mountain Data Center source files. The below described record can then be reviewed if
a routine annual inspection occurs within the next 12-month period. I've attached the current AO for this site.

We removed the JCB Generator and replaced it with another Whisperwa generator. I'll make sure to
include specs in our records.

Good morning, Susan
Here's the email I menoned last night during the phone call...
We have two temporary generators onsite. They were brought in for MSG maintenance at buildings EAG5
and EAG6.
JCB G70 Diesel Generator; We aempted to run the JCB unit at EAG6, but it failed and was returned
to the rental company. The rental company made repairs. It is now back onsite and it is staged at
EAG5. We aempted to run the generator, but repairs were unsuccesful and the generator will be
removed from our site.
Whisperwa DCA-70USI Diesel Generator; The Whisperwa generator is set up at EAG6 and has
run for two night shis.
Both generators arrived onsite 05APR24. We plan on having them onsite for around two weeks.
We plan on keeping the following informaon in our records:
Date each generator is brought onsite
Date each generator is removed from the site

We understand that we have are required to nofy the UDAQ prior to bringing any temporary generators
onsite. This was an oversite by one of our Electrical team leads. I'm meeng with our site leadership today
to discuss methods to ensure this doesn't happen again. I'll let you know what we come up with.
