Dear Director Byrd,
Aligned is providing notification of commencement of operations of its diesel fired emergency
generators to meet the requirements of the National Standards of Performance for New
Stationary Sources (NSPS) in 40 CFR Part 60.7(a)(3). The Aligned West Valley Data Center
initiated operations of the emergency generators on 3.3.2024; subject to NSPS Subpart IIII. A
list of the generators that commenced operation are as follows.
