Dear Director Byrd,
Aligned is providing notification of commencement of operations of its diese! fired emergency
generators to meet the requirements of the National Standards of Performance for New
Stationary Sources (NSPS) in 40 CFR Part 60.7(a)(3). The Aligned West Jordan Facility initiated
operations of the emergency generators on L2.7.23; subject to NSPS Subpaft IIII. A list of the
generators that commenced operation are as follows.
