Facility during May 2024
Enclosed is a copy of the Low-Level Radioactive Waste (LLRW) shipments received at
our Clive Facility from LLRW compacts and unaffiliated states during May 2024 LLRW.
Also included are shipments received from and
any Mixed Waste or DOE Shipments from generators within the Northwest Compact.
I certify that these attachments were prepared under my direct supervision in accordance
with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the
information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the
system, or those persons responsible for gathering the information, the information
