Re: No Further Action – Uinta Wax Operating, LLC – Tryon 10-19-2-1E, Uintah County

On November 6, 2023, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Uinta Wax Operating, LLC a
Compliance Advisory (DAQC-CA155110001-23) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality
Rules. On April 29, 2024, Ms. Bridwell and Ms. Karen Pratt met with the DAQ in an online
conference for a final response to the potential violations and outlined the actions taken to resolve
the issues outlined in the Compliance Advisory identified above.

Based on the additional information provided to the DAQ, no further action is required at this
time. Please be aware that closure of this Compliance Advisory does not constitute a bar to
enforcement action for conditions found during other inspections.
