Unfortunately, I need to inform you that we have an ongoing issue with the RTO shung down. Beginning
yesterday morning it wouldn't heat up to temperature and stay running. Our electrician and the engineers
are working on it and hopefully we'll have it fixed today. There was a spray event yesterday, and I will send
all of those details as soon as I have them.

Good Morning, Chad.
Here are the details of our 3/12 RTO issue. On 3/15/24 we were able to fix our RTO. There was a problem
with the fresh air actuator not opening as it should and the flame kept going out. We replaced the
actuator and it is currently running and working fine. During this me when the RTO was down, we had 2
spray events.
On 3/12, there was 17 gallons sprayed (2.5hrs) releasing approximately 58 lbs. of VOCs.
On 3/13 there were 35 gallons sprayed (1.5hrs) releasing approximately 73 lbs. of VOCs.
